Title : Anti Evasion Performance in FY 2008 09

News :  
  The Anti Evasion Branch of Service Tax Commissionerate, Delhi has detected about 245 cases of Service Tax violations in the financial year 2008-09.  The total detections this year are of approx Rs. 1078 Crores with recoveries of approx Rs. 59 Crores.  This is a rise of 309% and 103% over normative performance in last year.
