News :  
   The Audit wing of the Service TAx Commissionerate has achieved significant results in the Year 2008-09. There has been a total detection of approx 700 crores with recovery of over Rs 72 crores. This is an increase of 38% in detection and 140% in the recovery, compared with last financial year.
