Mr  Ashok Kumar Pandey, Assistant Commissioner (Hqrs. Technical), Service Tax Commissionerate, New Delhi has been appointed as the designated authority under the Dispute Resolution Scheme, 2008 by Commissioner of Service Tax Delhi. He will dishcharge duties as per provisions of Dispute Resolution Scheme Rules, 2008.
