Consequent upon the postings made by the Chief Commissioner of Central Excise and Service Tax Delhi Zone, Shri S L Meena and Lalit Prasad  joined as the new Additional Commissionerate and Joint Commissioners respectively in Service Tax Commissionerate Delhi today. Consequent upon their joining, the posting and allocation of work is made amongst the Additional/Joint Commissioners as following:-

1.   S. L. Meena (Additional Commissioner):     Anti-Evasion, Review and overall supervision of Service Tax Division-II including all Adjudications in his competency.

2.   A. K. Singh (Additional Commissioner):       Personal and Vigilance, Technical, Legal & Adjudication and overall supervision of Service Tax Division-GGN & FBD including all Adjudications in his competency.

3.   Lalit Prasad (Joint Commissioner):  Audit, System and overall supervision of Service Tax Division-I including all Adjudications in his competency
